Made with fresh Blood Oranges and early harvest certified organic Tunisian olives, we crush the fresh produce together to make this beautiful agrumato – a combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with early harvest olives.
Our Whole Fruit Blood Orange is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish, in deserts, baking, with seafood, chicken, pork, fruit, salads and so much more.
Enjoy this blended with our Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar, grapefruit white balsamic or dark chocolate balsamic.

½ cup blueberries
3 ounces milk
3 tbsp vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp lemon or Blood Orange Olive Oil
Blend together until smooth and enjoy!

1 Orange, thinly sliced
Goat Cheese Crumbles

¼ cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
¼ cup Orange Blossom Honey
1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice and some zest
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp. Ginger
1 clove of Garlic (minced)
1 ounce of Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
Whisk all of your ingredients together and you will have an unique glaze that will work with almost any fish.
The recipe given will glaze 3 medium fillets.

1 small Sweet Potato
½ of a medium Red Onion
1 peeled Granny Smith Apple
1 stick of Celery
1 Carrot stick
½ of a Lime for its juice and zest
1 ½ tbsp. of Sour Cream
1 tbsp. Blood Orange Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste!
Start off by thinly slicing the onion and celery. Then grate the sweet potato, apple, carrot and lime.
Stir together and add in the lime juice, mandarin orange olive oil and sour cream.
Mix together and you are ready to serve!
This slaw is delicious on tacos, sandwiches, or as a fresh tasting side dish.
