Our Japanese Dark Toasted Sesame oil is roasted slow and low, and then pressed in small batches.

It has a tremendous depth of flavor and mouth-feel. One of the most flavorful and fragrant oils in the world.



Try this oil over steamed green beans with goat cheese and diced red onions.

Balsamic pairings: Tangerine, Blackberry Ginger, Lemongrass Mint white, Coconut white


Glaze for Fish

¼ cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
¼ cup Orange Blossom Honey
1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice and some zest
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp. Ginger
1 clove of Garlic (minced)
1 ounce of Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
Whisk all of your ingredients together and you will have an unique glaze that will work with almost any fish.

The recipe given will glaze 3 medium fillets.

Cucumber Salad

Red onion- ¼ cup
Seedless cucumbers, thinly sliced- 4 cups
Red or green peppers- ¼ cup
Honey- 1 tsp.
Red pepper flakes- ¼ tsp.
Sea salt- ½ tsp.
Sesame oil- 1 ½ tsp.
Lemongrass Mint white balsamic vinegar- 2 tbsp.
Add fresh herbs. Try cilantro, mint and basil.
Combine all of the ingredients and mix together.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to an hour.
Serve as a condiment on a sandwich or as a refreshing salad!
Sprinkle peanuts on top for an added crunch!
